  • Create their own brand and try not to hide that they are a broker as customers will know at the end that they have been dealing with a channel partner.
  • Use social media ads and Google ads to target the right customers and generate quality leads for the specific project.
  • Implement a proper sales funnel and use a dedicated CRM. Resend qualified leads back to their own ad account for optimization of the page and Ad account.

Results Achieved

  • Lead generation started on the 4th day of onboarding
  • A house worth 1.04 Crore was sold on the 48th day of their onboarding
  • For every 10 leads generated 8 were qualified
