The Challenge

AIPL is a ₹1,500+ crore turnover manufacturing company with 7+ factory locations across India and UAE. They needed a social media strategy that felt authentic to their industrial identity, not generic or outsourced-looking. The goal was to create content that resonated with both B2B buyers and end consumers, while connecting the content workflow with their existing sales CRM managed by the internal sales team.

Content Generation

We directed every shoot, captured real operations, real machinery and the people behind the brand. The brief was built with AIPL first so every shot had a purpose. We defined the tone, visual style and messaging before going on site and that direction carried through every piece of content we created.

Social Media Management

We edited, formatted and published reels, carousels and stories across Instagram and LinkedIn. We built a system for consistent story posting so the account stayed active between reels. All DMs coming in were handled properly and on time. Alongside the brand page, we also managed and maintained the personal LinkedIn profile, keeping it active with relevant posts and engagement to build credibility alongside the company presence. Performance Marketing through Meta

We ran targeted paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads for AIPL. Audiences were built around buyers, procurement heads and decision-makers relevant to AIPL's industrial products. Ad creatives were developed using the same factory footage to keep the messaging consistent with the organic content. Campaigns were monitored and optimised continuously to bring down cost per lead and improve lead quality.

CRM Setup & Integration

AIPL had no lead management system in place before we stepped in. We set up a CRM from scratch and built a structured workflow to route incoming leads to the right sales coordinators automatically. Both organic and paid lead sources were connected into a single pipeline so nothing slipped through. The sales team was trained on CRM usage end to end, ensuring every lead had a timely follow-up and a clear status at every stage.

Targeting, Optimization & Ongoing Flow

After the foundation was set we stayed involved. We ran regular feedback sessions with the sales team to review lead quality, understand what was converting and what wasn't, and adjusted the content and targeting strategy accordingly.
